Article 2: Formation of the Agreement and Declarations

2.1. By confirming this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms, including the payment obligation.
2.2. Craftsmanship and Natural Material Disclaimer: Lucen products are handmade from natural horn. The BUYER acknowledges that due to the nature of organic materials, each product may possess unique patterns, colors, and textures. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects but are proof of the product's authenticity.

Article 3: Subject and Product Information

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of products via www.lucen.com.tr in accordance with Law No. 6502. Product details and prices are as specified in the order summary.

Article 4: General Provisions

4.1. Intellectual Property Rights: All designs, graphics, and visual content belonging to Lucen are the intellectual property of the SELLER. Unauthorized copying or imitation for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
4.2. Delivery: Products shall be delivered within the legal period of 30 days from the order date.
4.3. Inspection Obligation: The BUYER must inspect the product upon delivery. If damage is detected, a "Damage Assessment Report" (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) must be issued with the courier. Otherwise, the product is deemed delivered in perfect condition.
4.4. Retail Sales: The SELLER reserves the right to cancel orders if there is suspicion of unauthorized resale (commercial bulk purchasing).

Article 5: Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

5.1. Period: The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without providing any justification.
5.2. Conditions: Returns are only accepted if the protective films are intact, the frame has not been heat-shaped or fitted with lenses, and all original accessories (box, case, etc.) are included.
5.3. Personalized Products: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products customized or modified (e.g., engravings) upon the BUYER's request.
5.4. Return Shipping Cost: Shipping costs for returns belong to the BUYER. "Cash on delivery" (counter-paid) shipments will not be accepted.

Article 6: Warranty and Default

6.1. Warranty: Lucen products are under a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper use, dropping, or scratching is excluded.
6.2. Default: If the payment is not realized or is canceled in bank records, the SELLER's delivery obligation ceases.

Article 7: Competent Court

In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or the SELLER are authorized within the limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.

By confirming the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
